SSAB Virsbo is making various products for the mining industry, for example expandable rock bolts. Seen in the picture below are Sund representative Stefan Bergström to the left, SSAB representative Jan Holström in the middle and Sund representative Magnus Lindblom to the right.
The project is still ongoing with functional testing, but within short we are expecting the equipment to take on production according to contractual specifications. All in all, this is a very interesting project showing Sund Birsta technological capacity in the finishing end of bar and tube handling, in various metal industries.
