Bundle Bending Station

The bending station is designed to bend full lenght master bundles to reduce the bundle lenghts for transportation purposes. It is equipped with a Binding machine type KNCA -7/1000D.

In-line or Off-line

The bending station can be a standalone installation or in-line with the bar handling system in the rolling mill. It is designed to bend bundles up to 2,5 metric tons or bundle diameter up to Ø250mm and bar diameters up to 36mm. It can accept bundle lenghts up to 14m.

Remote service

With the Sund Birsta IoT solution, our specialists can perform remote diagnostics and troubleshooting of your equipment. This can also allow for improved preventive maintenance and optimization.
