Lance Collecting Station
The lance collecting station enables controlled collecting and distribution of the bars by positioning the lance collecting arms according to input from sensors in the collecting area. The bars are collected cut by cut on the lances in a controlled way. Each cut is lowered onto a lowering arm, and the lowering arm is gradually lowered for each lance collecting sequence. This process results in optimal collected bundles with a minimum of tangled and telescoped bars in the final bundle.
Optimal Bundles
The bar collecting is performed on lances, avoiding the need for deep foundation pits or other mechanisms. The bar collecting station with lances and lowering function ensures that optimal bundles are created and maintained, with straight, properly aligned bars for efficient handling and further processing.
Operation
As the machine is fully automated the unit is designed to handle a wide range of bar lengths and bundle weights, ensuring flexibility and adaptability to various production demands.
