Lance collecting station, sub- and master bundle
The lance collecting station enables controlled collecting and distribution of the bars by positioning the lance collecting arms according to input from sensors in the collecting area. The bars are collected according to counted number of bars on the lances in a controlled way.

Optimal bundles
The bar collecting is performed on lances, avoiding the need for deep foundation pits or other mechanisms. The bar collecting station with lances and lowering function ensures that optimal bundles are created and maintained, with straight, properly aligned bars for efficient handling and further processing.

A flexible solution
If the Lance Collecting Station is set to sub-bundle mode, the lance arm receives the counted number of bars, and retract fast to transfer the counted bars to the sub-bundle pocket. The lance goes back in collecting position. As the tying cycle is ongoing, the lance arm receives the next sub-bundle. Each sub-bundle is evacuated to the lowering arms, and the lowering arm is gradually lowered for each sub-bundle sequence, until full master-bundle is collected, the lowering arms then lowering the master bundle to the roller table for further transportation.
If the Lance Collecting Station is set to master-bundle mode, each cut is lowered onto a lowering arm, and the lowering arm is gradually lowered for each lance collecting sequence. For both sub- and master- bundle mode the process results in optimal collected sub- or master-bundles with a minimum of tangled and telescoped bars in the final bundle. The mode sub- or master bundle is selected from the HMI panel and is fully automated.
As the machine is fully automated the unit is designed to handle a wide range of bar lengths and bundle weights, ensuring flexibility and adaptability to various production demands.
