The weighing station is for weighing the bundle.

Efficient Bundle Weighing

The bundle weighing system shown is an integrated weighing rack in our unloading chain conveyor.

Operation

For each running step, the unloading chain conveyor transfers a new bundle from the run-out roller conveyor to the integrated weighing rack, while simultaneously moving a previously weighed bundle to the storing conveyor, ensuring continuous flow and optimized handling. And for each step it lowers the bundle to the weighing rack for weighing the bundle.

With the Sund Birsta IoT solution, our specialists can perform remote diagnostics and troubleshooting of your equipment. This can also allow for improved preventive maintenance and optimization.
