Sund Birsta and Danieli target to improve Customer Service in Brazil

The Danieli group companies Sund Birsta and Danieli do Brazil have joined forces to better service the market in Brazil. One important step is to transfer knowledge on the products, and the service points on the same. Another is to establish a local stock of the most relevant spare parts. Those targets are now being achieved.

Danieli do Brazil employee, Miguel Cancian, commenting on the internal training, at Sund Birsta service workshop in Sundsvall:
