Improving your productivity
The strapping unit performs a punched strap joint without any additional clamps or seals. This will substantially reduce both maintenance requirements and costs compared to traditional sealing techniques. The strapping head is of very high quality and designed for long service life of the wear parts.
The most critical part of a strapping machine and the one part that receives most stress is the sealing unit. If the seal starts to fail the machine must be put out for service that will, depending on machine type and brand, need a lot of time. The SBHX5 solves this problem by its easy access design of it’s punches/dies that enables quick replacement that can be done within 15 minutes.

The strap guide have a heavy duty design with an adjustable straightening unit. It has a service friendly design with easy accessibility. Quick removal and installment on feeding unit. Clean blowing 4 cut outs.
