Turn rollers
Adding turn rollers to your compactor will make it possible for you to add 8 bindings/strappings for you coil.
Another key feature is that it enables you to keep running if one binding or sealing unit should fail, making sure that you always have four sets of strap/wire applied to your coil.
Improving your productivity
The cycle is automatic and activated through the HMI. Once the main cycle is finished the coil will be turned to a 45 degree angle. Manual operation is also possible which can be beneficial during binding/sealing unit testing after a major service since it enables you to turn the coil to desired angle instead of adding several bindings/ straps on top of each other.
The turn rollers are fixed to your compactor frame and foundation. It uses hydraulic cylinders to operate it’s arms, while electric motors are used for turning the rollers. Rubber is used as roller material to make sure no scratches or damage occurs to your produced coil.
Overall cycle time added to your compactor is approximately 40 seconds with the extra binding/strapping sequence included.
