Responsibility:
Support Sund Birsta group in global sourcing strategies and tactical procurement activities.
Collaboration with the Sweden team and that global and domestic travel is part of the job.
As the work takes place in an international area, there are challenges in everything from trade barriers, technology to language and culture. As the company’s products are most often used in process flows within rolling mills, good technical understanding is needed. Examples of tasks include budgeting, cost control, operational purchase, strategic purchase, management work and reporting. The priority is to lead and develop the procurement operation, however, it is important at Sund Birsta that the manager can also perform the craft operationally within their area.
The role places high demands on being able to work independently under one’s own responsibility and the ability to cooperate in interfaces with suppliers, other departments, staff, management colleagues, parent company, subsidiaries, board and owners.
Develop company procurement strategies, plans, and quantify procurement objectives.
Understand, grasp and track the relevant industry situation in China in real time, support procurement cost analysis and procurement negotiation work.
Supplier development, establishment and improvement of supply chain. Actively participate in the preliminary inspection of suppliers and evaluate alternative suppliers in conjunction with relevant departments. Ensure suppliers fully comprehend the company’s processing and quality standards. Closely track the process quality of orders in production and conduct quality inspections. Optimize the processing flow and strictly control the processing cost in cooperation with relevant departments and suppliers.
Properly using of ERP systems. Optimize safety stock and other related parameters, improve procurement workflow and standards.
Requirements:
In order for you to have the conditions to be successful in the assignment, you should have:
• Bachelor’s degree or above, with a preference for STEM majors such as Mechanical Design, Manufacturing and Automation, Mechatronics and other related majors.
• More than 5 years of procurement work experience and over 3 years of mechanical design work experience.
• Strong logical thinking and data analysis skills, familiar with procurement processes and supply chain management.
• Possess team management skills and decision-making authority, with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proficient in using AutoCAD/SolidWorks and possessing mechanical design skills.
• Proficient in using computerized and office software, familiar with each function under the ERP procurement module, and able to use it proficiently.
• Proactive and responsible, with strong self-discipline, independent work, and the ability to withstand pressure.
• Strong interpersonal communication and interpersonal skills; Has a high level of work enthusiasm and good teamwork spirit.
• Good knowledge of English and Chinese.
The Procurement Manager reports directly to the CEO and is part of the management team.

任职要求：
为了使您在任务中获得成功，您应该具备以下条件：
- 本科及以上学历，机械设计、制造与自动化、机电一体化等理工科专业优先；
- 5年以上采购工作经验，3年以上机械设计工作经验；
- 具备较强的逻辑思维能力和数据分析能力，熟悉采购流程和供应链管理；
- 具有团队管理能力和决策权，具备较强的人际交往和沟通能力；
- 熟练使用AutoCAD/SolidWorks，具备机械设计能力；
- 熟练使用电算化及办公软件, 熟悉ERP采购模块下每个功能，并能熟练使用;
- 积极进取，责任心强，有很强的自我约束力、独立工作和承受压力的能力；
